Wizards of the Coast revealed more details on Dungeons & Dragons: Ravenloft – The Horrors Within, a new rulebook, which will hit retail on June 16, 2026.
This book was first announced in March 2026 as part of the D&D roadmap (see “‘D&D’ Roadmap“). The new Ravenloft book offers players seven new horror-themed subclasses to explore as well as new species and haunted backgrounds. The RPG expansion also has details on over 50 monsters that roam the lands, and information on the 17 Darklords that inhabit these lands. This book also provides guidance on creating characters for Taroka domain and in-depth lore on 16 Domains of Dread.
Dungeons & Dragons: Ravenloft – The Horrors Within will retail for $59.99, and be available in an alternate art cover version.
