Days of Wonder will release Legends, a new expansion for Heat: Pedal to the Metal, which will hit retail in 2026.
The newest Heat expansion pits drivers against legendary-level opponents. Legends allows players to bring all six expansion cars onto the track as automated drivers. These drivers can be used at higher difficulty settings, which allows them to slipstream, draft, and more. They also have powerful new abilities that change the race and add an additional challenge to gameplay.
This expansion requires the base game to play. It is for one to five players, ages 10 and up, and plays in 60 minutes. Days of Wonder also recently revealed Rocky Roads another new board game expansion (see “‘Heat’ Board Game Expansion“).
