Chaosium, Inc. revealed Encyclopedia Cthulhiana, a guide to the Cthulhu Mythos, which will hit retail on October 28, 2026.
This book is a resource for cosmic horror enthusiasts, gamers, and researchers that dives deep into the Lovecraftian mythos. It includes an essay entitled “What is the Cthulhu Mythos?” by author Dan Harms as well as details on the origins of the gods and monsters that are a part of this mythos. The book also contains timelines of the Necronomicon and the Cthulhu Mythos and a bibliography of cosmic horror texts.
It will retail for $59.99.
Chaosium also announced Call of Cthulhu: Old Ones Origins, a new board game based on the Cthulhu Mythos (see “‘Call of Cthulhu: Old Ones Origins’“).
