DC Comics has announced a deluxe edition of Absolute Batman, with deluxe editions of Absolute Wonder Woman and Absolute Superman and a collection of Absolute Batman covers to follow.
Absolute Batman Vol. 1 Deluxe Edition will collect issues #1-14, the first two story arcs, of Absolute Batman by Scott Snyder, Nick Dragotta, and others. This material was previously released in two volumes, which have been consistent best-sellers (see “Top Spring 2026 Comic Store Graphic Novels“). The deluxe edition is a foil-stamped hardcover with a trim size of roughly 7″ x 11”, slightly larger than the regular editions, and in addition to the two story arcs it includes an introduction by Snyder and development art by Dragotta. It will go on sale on April 27, 2027, with an MSRP of $49.99.
Also releasing on April 27: Absolute Batman: The Covers, a 216-page hardcover collecting every Absolute Batman variant cover released so far. MSRP will be $34.99.
DC announced two more deluxe editions in the September solicits: Absolute Wonder Woman Vol. 1: Deluxe Edition, on sale on May 25, 2027, and Absolute Superman Vol. 1 Deluxe Edition, slated for June 29, both with MSRP of $49.99.
