Marvel has announced new Spider-Man-related comics, including Spider-Punk, Spider-Man: Noir, a crossover between Amazing Spider-Man and Miles Morales: Spider-Man, and more.

Spider-Punk #1 is written by Cody Ziglar with art by Justin Mason, and it’s out January 20, 2027. It features Hobie Brown, aka Spider-Punk, looking for his missing Spider-Band and facing off with new villain Mz. Negative in a “rock ‘n’ roll mystery adventure”. This is the third Ziglar and Mason pairing on a Spider-Punk story (see “Marvel Brings Back Spider-Punk“). The primary cover is by Taurin Clarke, with additional variant covers:

  • Cover B by Olivier Coipel
  • Cover C by Jerome Opena (1:25)
  • Cover D by Simone Di Meo
  • Cover E by Justin Mason
  • Cover F by Olivier Coipel (virgin 1:50)

Marvel SFX: Thwip launches January 27, 2027. It’s an anthology series with a focus on Spider-Man’s webs, as indicated by the title, capturing the iconic sound effect. The first issue features stories by Jed MacKay, Stephen Graham Jones, and Rainbow Rowell, with art by Lucas Werneck, Alessandro Cappuccio, who also provides the main cover, and others. A variant cover is by Mark Chiarello. Additional Marvel SFX series are promised in the future.

Said editor Nick Lowe, “Thwip was the SFX heard round the world when Artie Simek lettered it in ASM #36, and it’s finally getting its due! Spidey has had his fair share of anthologies, but this one is special and we are filling it with some of the most fascinating voices in comics and literature in 2026. These stories, each with a hook on Spider-Man’s webs, run the gamut from thrilling you to making you sob uncontrollably!”

The Spider-Man: Noir series drops February 10, from writer Alex Segura, artist Farid Karami, and cover artist Stephen Mooney. Peter Parker investigates his new girlfriend’s ex-boyfriend and meets Venom Noir.

Writer Alex Segura teased, “We get to answer the ultimate question — can Peter Parker EVER be truly happy? Let’s find out.” A one-season Spider-Noir series starring Nicholas Cage ran on Prime Video (see “Spider-Noir Trailer“).

Finally, an upcoming Amazing Spider-Man / Miles Morales: Spider-Man crossover called Crisis of Faith was teased with a promotional image by Ryan Stegman and the date April 2027. It will be written by Bryan Hill and Joe Kelly and promises to “alter the trust and relationship between the two Spider-Men”.
