Ignition Press has set a dedicated landing page on the comic shop locator website FindYourComic.Store (FYCS). The publisher, which is celebrating its first anniversary in the direct market, made the announcement during the Rose City Comic Con x ComicsPRO Retailer Day. The page shows a map of comic shops in North America (and one in Europe) that carry Ignition Press titles. The map was initially populated with stores that ordered at least five copies of every Ignition Press first issue between September 2025 and May 2026. Retailers can add their store to the main map by clicking the “Suggest a Store” button and ask to be added to the Ignition Press page if they are actively stocking the publisher’s titles. In addition, they can claim their store and add details, logo, etc. by clicking the “Details” button.
Founded by four comics and entertainment veterans, Ignition Press launched in 2025 (see “Ignition Press Reveals Launch Plans”).
FYCS is one of two websites (the other is Comic Shop Map) that were set up after Diamond Comic Distributors’ Comic Shop Locator became defunct (see “Meet the New Tech Helping to Close Gaps for Retailers, Creators and Customers“).
