Arcane Tinmen revealed Deck Protector – Magic: The Gathering: Retro Series, a new line of Dragon Shield Brushed Art sleeves, which will hit retail on October 30, 2026.
Dragon Shield is going old school by offering players a line of sleeves featuring iconic art printed on them from the early days of Magic: The Gathering. There are five different boxes of sleeves offered up in the initial wave of the Retro Series line: Counterspell, Birds of Paradise, Reanimate, Lightning Bolt, and Soul Warden. Boxes comes with 100 standard-sized sleeves and a deck box.
These sleeves will retail for $19.99.
Arcane Tinmen also recently revealed new Dragon Shield: Matte Dual Art – Legendary Series sleeves, new Magic: The Gathering accessories (see “Commander Sleeves“).
