Jessica Drew returns to her life as a private investigator in a new ongoing Spider-Woman series by writer Dan Watters and artist Andrea Broccardo that will launch in November 2026 from Marvel Comics. The story follows from a plot development in Amazing Spider-Man: Spider-Versity #5 and will get its start with a story by Watters and Broccardo in the one-shot Spider-Woman 50th Anniversary Special #1. In addition to laying the groundwork for the new series, that one-shot will include a story by writer Ann Nocenti and artist Stefano Raffaele paying tribute to the character’s history.
Spider-Woman 50th Anniversary Special #1 will be released on September 2, 2026, with a main cover by Olivier Coipel and variants by Rose Besch and Greg Land.
Spider-Woman #1 will go on sale on November 4 with a cover by Ito.
The last iteration of the Spider-Woman series was launched in 2020 (see “Jessica Drew Spins a Web of Adventure in ‘Spider-Woman’“).
