A new Academy Event, “Pasio Festival of Masks,” is now available in Pokémon Masters EX. Juliana has been having trouble focusing in the hot weather, so Carmine and the others plan a festival to help her get a fresh start. Trainers can strengthen the new Academy Sync Pair 5★ Juliana & Chimecho through the event, which features exclusive stories, special Sync Orbs, Academy Experiences, exams, and other upgrade opportunities.
Alongside the event, 5★ Carmine (Alt.) & Mightyena and 5★ Florian (Alt.) & Yanmega make their debuts as EX Fair–Exclusive Sync Pairs. Their limited-time EX Fairs also feature returning Fair-Exclusive Sync Pairs, including Sygna Suit Cyrus & Darkrai, Giacomo & Kingambit, Alder & Volcarona, and Sygna Suit Hilbert & Genesect. The Pasio Festival of Masks Academy Event, Carmine EX Fair, and Florian EX Fair are available from July 30, 2026, at 11:00 p.m. PT until August 17, 2026, at 10:59 p.m. PT.
