DC Comics announced the creative teams for its next three Next Level series at San Diego Comic-Con.
Vixen will be written by Eisner nominee Stephanie Williams with art by Khary Randolph. The creative team for Static is Cody Ziglar and Diego Olortegui.
Writer Deniz Camp and artist Javier Rodriguez will be the creative team for the third title, Shadow of the Bat. Camp and Rodriguez are the creative team for Absolute Martian Manhunter, which won four 2026 Eisner Awards and wrapped up in June 2026.
DC also announced two other Next Level series at SDCC, The Demon and Jonah Hex and the Shadow of Death (see “DC Announces New Next Level Titles“).
