Pokémon GO Ultra Unlock: Water Festival will run from Aug. 18 at 10 a.m. to Aug. 24 at 8 p.m. local time, featuring the Pokémon GO debuts of Arrokuda, Barraskewda and Cramorant. Cramorant will be able to change form in battle for the first time, while the event also includes rotating XP and Stardust bonuses, increased chances to encounter Shiny Ducklett and Shiny Dewpider, themed raids, Field Research, a Water Festival GO Pass and more.
