“The D&D Tower” will be celebrating all things Dungeons & Dragons during Gen Con, at the historic Indiana Repertory Theater, located in downtown Indianapolis across from the Indiana Statehouse. The themed presentations will include live performances, music, and a charity event benefiting Petco Love. Official Dungeons & Dragons gaming events for Gen Con will also be hosted there.
The D&D Tower will include six floors of activities in the Repertory Theater and its rooftop ballroom, with the main events also broadcast on the D&D YouTube channel. The events will kick off with a keynote address by Dan Ayoub, Head of D&D Franchise at Wizards of the Coast and Theo Solomon of Baldur’s Gate 3.
Dungeons & Dragons game events for the convention will be held in the “D&D Actual Play Amphitheater,” including events hosted by celebrity DMs. Between events, participants can explore the “D&D Carnival,” with interactive activities, and join in Puppy Roll III, a charity event to raise money for the Petco Love animal welfare nonprofit. Events will be capped off with a nighttime drone show.
Live Play sessions featuring the cast of the streaming show Dungeon Masters will be held in the Tower as well, along with live performances by David Arkenstone, the composer for the Dungeon Masters series, and The Twenty-Sided Tavern stage show. A number of luminaries from the Dungeons & Dragons community will lead speaking sessions, including Matt Mercer, Jasmine Bhullar, Luke Gygax, Justice Arman, Devora Wilde, Neil Newbon, Laura Hickman, Tracy Hickman, R.A. Salvatore, Anjali Bhimani, Ginny Di, Mayanna Berrin, Jim Zub, Christian Navarro, Theo Solomon, Wes Schneider, and James Wyatt.
