Games Workshop announced Warhammer: The Old World Core Set, a new miniatures set, which will head to preorder soon.
The new core set comes with all the rules, accessories, and miniatures two players need to play a game of Warhammer: The Old World. It features an updated core rulebook (which will also be sold separately) that contains the most recent online errata as well as more content for Battle March mode. The box also comes with 54 miniatures, which include the following: an Aspiring Champion on a Daemonic Mount, and Aspiring Champion with Battle Standard, 16 Chaos Warriors, 4 Chaos Knights, a Gate Keeper on a Cathayan Warhorse, a Gate Keeper with Battle Standard, 20 Jade Warriors, 5 Jade Lancers, and a Cathayan Grand Cannon with Ogre Loader and 3 Crew. The set also comes with Muster Lists and transfer sheets.
Games Workshop also announced four Warhammer 40,000: Battleforces miniatures boxed sets (see “Four ‘Warhammer 40,000: Battleforces’“).
