‘Naruto’ Follows ‘Gundam TCG’ and ‘Digimon TCG’ with Rebooted English Edition of the Collectible Card Game
Bandai Co., LTD., via Bandai Card Games, announced Naruto Card Game, a new TCG, which will debut at Gen Con 2026.
The card game will be based on Masashi Kishimoto’s Naruto manga series that follows the life of Naruto Uzumaki, a ninja in training. The TCG will feature competitive gameplay and will be strategy-focused. Bandai will be running tutorial sessions at Gen Con 2026, and the game is scheduled for a worldwide release in 2027.
Much like the recent English reboots of Gundam TCG and Digimon TCG, this is Bandai’s second attempt at an English edition of a Naruto collectible card game. In 2006, Bandai released Naruto CCG (see “Naruto“), which ran for almost a decade, ending in 2013.
