Random House Graphic will release new paperback editions of K. O’Neill’s The Tea Dragon Society trilogy, with each volume expanded to include new illustrations and material by O’Neill. The three new volumes (The Tea Dragon Society, The Tea Dragon Festival, and The Tea Dragon Tapestry) will each be released as 6” x 9” volumes at $13.99 (despite different page counts: 112 for the first volume and 160 each for the second and third).
The Tea Dragon Society won two Eisner Awards in 2018, for Best Publication for Kids and Best Webcomic (see “Eisner Awards”).
The new editions represent a move of the property from Oni Press, which originally released the three volumes of The Tea Dragon Society series in multiple formats (see “Final ‘Tea Dragon Society’ Volume”), including a box set in 2022 and a 10” x 14” Treasury Edition of the first volume in 2024.
