Marvel Comics’ True Believers Blind Bag program for Daredevil #1 will include a handful of one-of-a-kind covers hand-drawn by veteran Daredevil artist and writer Frank Miller and signed by actors Charlie Cox and Jon Bernthal, who played Daredevil and Punisher in the Daredevil: Born Again television series. Some of the covers signed by Cox will have artwork by former Daredevil artist Alex Maleev. The new Daredevil series, by writer Stephanie Phillips and artist Lee Barbett, launches today, April 1, with a lengthy list of previously announced variants a (see “Marvel Announces Second Blind Bag Title”), and Marvel says that sales have already topped 300,000.
The second season of Daredevil: Born Again premiered on March 26 (see “‘Daredevil: Born Again’ S2 Trailer”). Bernthal will reprise his role as Frank Castle in Punisher: One Last Kill, a special that will air on Disney+ on May 12, 2026 (see “‘Punisher’ Gets ‘One Last Kill’”).
