GAMA Expo 2026 News: 'Marvel Crisis Protocol: Alliances' Unveiled

Atomic Mass Games unveiled Marvel Crisis Protocol: Alliances, a new miniatures adventure game line, which will release in summer 2026.

This new line of skirmish miniatures adventure games is aimed at a board game crossover audience, much like Games Workshop does with its board game lines that are made for mass retail (see “‘Combat Arena: Lair of the Beast’ (Board Game)“).  The line kicks off with Night of the Goblin, a cooperative game for up to four players, where Ultimate Spider-Man, Ghost-Spider, Spectacular Spider-Man, and Black Cat take on Green Goblin, Spider-Slayer, Goblin Army goons, and War Goblin.  The players will be tasked with defeating Green Goblin’s forces over the course of multiple encounters, and then facing off against Green Goblin in a boss fight as a capstone event.

The two most notable features of this game is that it includes 23 push-fit miniatures, which allows players to quickly assemble miniatures to play, and that it offers campaign play, including opportunities for characters to level-up.  This game is for up to four players, age 14 and up, and plays in 90 to 120 minutes.

Atomic Mass Games recently announced that their studio, under parent company Asmodee, has restructured in order to support their flagship lines (see “Announces Restructuring“).
