Ultra PRO unveiled Headcase: Bob Ross, a new Alcove Flip Deck Box, which is currently on preorder.
Ultra PRO has been coming up with some top-notch designs for deck boxes lately (see “‘Fallout’ Accessories“), but this one, in particular, seems to uniquely capture the essence of its subject, the late painter Bob Ross. Ultra PRO followed along with the flocking trend for TCG accessories (see “‘TMNT’ ‘Arty Boxes’“) by offering up an Alcove Flip Deck Box with an illustration of Bob Ross and a plush version of his iconic hair on the top of the box. The head of hair is completely removeable, and deck box use a strong magnetic closure to keep cards secure. It can hold up to 100 double-sleeved standard size trading cards.
