New 'DC Super Hero Girls' OGN Coming in June '26

Writer Shea Fontana and artist Yancey Labat are bringing back the DC Super Hero Girls for a reunion, 10 years after the debut of the best-selling series of middle-grade graphic novels. DC Super Hero Girls Reunion brings the grown-up Wonder Woman, Supergirl, Batgirl, Harley, Ivy, and Beast Boy back to their high school, but when they arrive, they discover that they are the only ones there. Although they have been apart for a while, the super heroes have to work together and bring back memories from their past to solve the mystery of why they are there. Like the other titles in this series, DC Super Hero Girls Reunion is rated for ages 8-12. It will be released on June 2, 2026, as a 160-page paperback with an MSRP of $12.99.

The DC Super Hero Girls were originally launched as a multimedia franchise, including an animated web series, in 2015 (see “DC Launches ‘Super Hero Girls’ Universe”). The first graphic novel debuted in 2016 and was the fourth best-selling graphic novel in comic shops in its release month (see “‘Civil War’ and ‘Rebirth’ Launches Bring Direct Market Back”). The success of the series led DC to create its young-readers lines two years later (see “DC Zoom and DC Ink”).
