Simon & Schuster Books for Young Readers has announced a graphic adaptation of the best-selling YA romance novel To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before by Jenny Han. The story follows a teen girl who writes letters to the boys she has crushes on and then sees things go out of control when somebody actually mails the letters. The novel was on the New York Times YA Fiction Best Seller List for 40 weeks after it was first published in 2014, and Han followed it up with two sequels. Netflix released a film adaptation in 2018, which also had two sequels, as well as the spinoff series, XO Kitty.
To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before: The Graphic Novel, adapted by Barbara Perez Marquez with art by Akimaro and Li Lu, is rated for ages 12 and up and will be released on May 5, 2026, as a hardcover with an MSRP of $25.99 and a paperback with an MSRP of $15.99.
Viking published the first volume of its graphic adaptation of Maggie Stiefvater’s YA novel The Raven Boys in July (see “Best-Selling ‘Raven Boys’ Adapted to Graphic Novel”).
