Ultra PRO will release five new Final Fantasy playmats into retail in January 2026.
The new wave playmats feature four stitched playmats and a holofoil playmat. Three of the stitched playmats showcase artwork of characters from different Final Fantasy games: Final Fantasy VII: Aerith, Final Fantasy XIII: Lightning, and Final Fantasy XIV: Y’Shtola. One of the stitched mats has the artwork from the #SQkawaii Sounds soundtrack album for Final Fantasy. The holofoil playmat has Final Fantasy IX anniversary artwork on it to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the video game’s release.
Ultra PRO also revealed new playmats for hololive: Official Card Game (see “‘hololive: Official Card Game’ Playmats“).
