At the New York Comic Con Retailer Day, Marvel announced a new Godzilla crossover and Moon Knight’s return.
Godzilla: Infinity Roar #1 launches a five-issue limited series in February 2026. The creative team behind Godzilla Destroys the Marvel Universe, writer Gerry Duggan and artist Javier Garrón, return for the series, which also has art by Ig Guara.
After taking on Marvel’s heroes (see “Marvel, Toho Launch Marvel Godzilla Series“), Godzilla is now taking to space. As teased in Godzilla Vs. Spider-Man #1, the King of the Monsters is joining forces with the King in Black, aka Knull, the God of Symbiotes. Teased were appearances by the Galactic Empire of Wakanda, the Sh’iar Empire, and Kree-Skrull space as Godzilla attacks the Marvel galaxy.
The first issue has a cover by Ken Lashley, a variant by Josemaria Casanovas, and a foil variant by David Marquez.
Also appearing in February is the first issue of a new ongoing series, Marc Spector: Moon Knight #1. It’s written by Jed MacKay, who wrote the Moon Knight series that ended in 2023 with the death of the character (see “Marvel Announces the Death of Moon Knight“). Art is by Devmalya Pramanik, and the promotional variant cover is by E.M. Gist.
