Devir Games unveiled The Guest and Deep Dreams, two new pocket games, which will hit retail soon.
In The Guest, players are crew members on the starship Beagle that has been infested by parasites that infect the human brain. This is a hidden roles game where players are trying to figure out which of the other players are infected and which are still sane. The game supports five to 12 players, ages 8 and up, and plays in 10 minutes.
In Deep Dreams, players are trying make sure that LIttle Bruno stays asleep with peaceful dreams. Players will draw or play cards every turn in order to connect dream lines of the same color cards and get points for doing so. The player with the most points wins; this game is for two to five players, ages 8 and up, and plays in 10 minutes.
Each of these games will retail for $13.99.
Devir Games will also release an English language edition of Orloj, a board game by Perro Loco (see “‘Orloj’“).
