Games Workshop announced that Warhammer: Blood Bowl – Third Season will be headed to preorder soon.
Blood is about to be spilled on the pitch once again, as the Third Season of Blood Bowl is about to kick off with an all-new boxed set. The boxed set contains two teams worth of miniatures headed for an Old World rematch: The Bretonnians and the Tomb Kings. This set also comes with a double-sided board and dugouts, two sets of dice, quick reference sheets, and a hardcover rulebook.
The new edition of the rulebook contains mostly updates to the 2E rules (see “‘Blood Bowl: Second Season Edition’“) to make the game run smoother. They’ve improved the Kick-off Table to exclude Officious Refs, Wildly Inaccurate Passes have been done away with, and players can now earn Star Points by throwing their teammates or being thrown. There is also a new Keyword system for gameplay interactions and a Secure the Ball action.
