Splatoon Raiders launches on Nintendo Switch 2 with Deep Cut adventure and online co-op

Nintendo has released Splatoon Raiders exclusively for Nintendo Switch 2, introducing a new single-player-focused adventure that sends players across the mysterious Spirhalite Islands alongside Deep Cut in search of treasure. Players take on the role of a mechanic who can customize their character, upgrade weapons and gadgets and battle waves of Salmonids while collecting resources used to craft stronger equipment between raids. The game features three distinct tank classes – Power, Speed and Tactical – each offering unique gadgets and play styles, along with adjustable difficulty settings that affect enemy strength without changing rewards. Although designed primarily as a solo experience, Splatoon Raiders also supports online and local wireless co-op for up to four players, while compatible Splatoon series amiibo unlock exclusive in-game outfits, including additional rewards from the new Shiver, Frye and Big Man Splatoon Raiders amiibo figures.
