Restoration Games will release Thunder Road: Ignition, a new standalone race game base set, into retail in October 2026.
In Thunder Road: Ignition, racing crews and their vehicles head into the wastelands to battle it out on the way to the finish line. This is a standalone base game for the Thunder Road line of games that is designed as an entry level product; the game is more compact than the first restored edition of the Thunder Road base game (see “‘Thunder Road: Vendetta’“) and costs less. This game can also be mixed in with previously released Thunder Road expansions (see “Join the Destruction Derby“).
The game supports two to four players, ages 8 and up, and plays in 25 to 45 minutes. It will retail for $35.00.
