Oni Press is publishing what it bills as the first-ever EC Comics Treasury Edition. The EC Comics Treasury of Terror, Vol. 1, will be an oversized, 10″ x 14″ paperback with stories from Oni’s resurrected EC line, including Epitaphs from the Abyss, Catacomb of Torment, Cruel Kingdom, and Shiver Suspenstories, with work by Jason Aaron, Cullen Bunn, Chris Condon, Patricia A. Jackson, Matt Kindt, Shawn Martinbrough, David Lapham, Kano, Christopher Mitten, Tony Moore, Greg Pak, Stephanie Phillips, and Andrea Sorrentino. The 104-page collection will be released on September 9, 2026, with a cover by Tyler Crook and an MSRP of $17.99.
Oni launched the revitalized EC Comics line in 2024 (see “Oni to Launch New EC Comics Line“), and while it has published a number of collected editions of individual titles, this is the first collection in the oversized Treasury Edition format.
