The Pokemon Company International will release Pokémon TCG: Mega Evolution – Pitch Black, a new expansion for the Pokémon TCG, in July. The new expansion will introduce new cards including Mega Darkrai ex, coming from the shadows, and Mega Zeraora ex, striking with electrifying power, plus Mega Chandelure ex and Mega Excadrill ex.
The expansion includes six Mega Evolujtion Pokémon ex, four Pokémon ex, 11 illustration rare Pokemon, 18 ultra rare Pokémon and Trainer cards, and six special illustration rare Pokémon and Supporter cards.
The new expansion will be available in booster packs, Elite Trainer Boxes, and collections.
Street date is July 17, 2026, after pre-release events beginning July 4, 2026.
