Stonemaier Games unveiled Sharks & Reefs, a new Finspan expansion, which will hit preorder on April 27, 2026.
Finspan: Sharks & Reefs focuses on the sharks and fish that inhabit coral reefs. It adds coral reef habitats to the ocean mat of the core game (see “‘Finspan’“) as well as sharks with various abilities. The players will be tasked with building up the reefs, so that they can play new reef fish, unlock fish abilities, and score bonuses. The sharks are there to help feed fish as they leave food scraps behind.
This expansion, which requires a base game to play, is for one to five players, ages 10 and up and plays in 45 to 60 minutes.
