DC Comics will publish a collected edition of the most recent DC/Marvel crossover comics, by Grant Morrison, Dan Mora, and others, and DC/Marvel: Superman/Spider- Man #1, by Mark Waid, Jorge Jiménez, and others, as well as two vertical-scroll digital comics, DC/Marvel: The Flash/Fantastic Four, by Jeremy Adams and Adrian Gutierrez, and DC/Marvel: Supergirl/Blade, which will be appearing in print for the first time. The 176-page collection, DC/Marvel: The Cosmic Kiss Caper & Other Stories, will be released on September 8, 2026, in two formats, a hardcover with an MSRP of $29.99 and a paperback with an MSRP of $19.99.
DC and Marvel Comics published crossover comics for the first time in over 20 years in 2025, with Marvel/DC Deadpool/Batman#1 in September followed by DC/Marvel Batman/Deadpool #1 in November (see “Deadpool and Batman to Meet in Upcoming One-Shots from Marvel and DC”). They followed up with the Spider-Man/Superman crossover (see “Marvel and DC Universes Collide Again”), with Superman/Spider-Man #1, publishing on March 25 (see “Preview: Second Wave of ‘Superman/Spider-Man’ #1 Variant Covers”); Marvel’s Spider-Man/Superman #1 is slated for April release.
DC/Marvel Batman/Deadpool #1 was the third best selling comic of 2025 through ComicHub; the best-seller was Marvel/DC Deadpool/Batman #1 (see “Top 50 Comics – Full Year 2025”).
