DC Comics will collect The New Titans, the renamed Teen Titans, in an omnibus edition that kicks off with the series’ debut under the new name, the return of George Pérez as artist, and the origin story of Wonder Girl. The New Titans Omnibus, Vol. 1, by writer Marv Wolfman, Pérez, artist Tom Grummett, and others, includes The New Titans #50-76, The New Titans Annual #5-6, Secret Origins Annual #3, Batman #436-442, Hawk and Dove #11-12, Hawk and Dove Annual #1, and a story from Secret Origins #46. The 1,250-page hardcover will go on sale on August 18, 2026, with an MSRP of $125.
The key members of the team during this era were Nightwing, Starfire, Donna Troy, Cyborg, Raven, Changeling, and Jericho, and the run included new origin stories for both Wonder Girl and Dick Grayson, the return of Deathstroke, the debut of Tim Drake as Robin, and new villains.
Wolfman and Pérez relaunched the team comic from the 1960s and 1970s as The New Teen Titans in 1980 with a new team and Pérez co-wrote much of the series with Wolfman as well as drawing the comics. He left the series after issue 5 of the New Teen Titans reboot but returned with New Titans #50, although his contributions after that issue were limited to sketching and layouts, with Grummett finishing the pencils.
In June, Act 4 will publish an Artist’s edition of Pérez’s New Teen Titans work with an introduction by Wolfman (see “Act 4 to Publish George Pérez’s New Teen Titans Artists Edition’”).
