Horrible Guild announced The Queen Dilemma, a sequel to The King’s Dilemma, which will hit retail on May 22, 2026.
This game is a standalone sequel to 2019’s The King’s Dilemma (see “‘King’s Dilemma’“). This time around, players take on the roles of the Queen’s council members as the determine the fate of the Kingdom of Ankist. The game provides a legacy narrative experience in which players’ votes shape the realm as it evolves over time as well as score them points. The narrative created by the players’ votes continues the branching storyline originating from The King’s Dilemma.
The game supports three to six players, ages 14 and up, and plays in 90 minutes. It will retail for $150.
