More 'Tea Garden,' 'Pagan' Coming from Capstone

Capstone Games has announced new expansions for two of its games:  Tea Garden:  Puerh and Pagan:  Expeditions into the Wild, coming this May.

Tea Garden:  Puerh expands Capstone and Albi’s game of tea cultivation and trade (see “Capstone Bringing ‘Tea Garden’ to N.A.”) by introducing two new action options and new ways to score points.  Players can now race to fulfill the demands of Imperial Decrees to earn bonuses and unlock the new Courtiers, which can then visit the Imperial Court to earn additional bonuses.  Meanwhile, they can collect tokens from the Puerh Market to craft tea cakes that grant rolling bonuses and additional points when completed.  The expansion makes a slightly longer, deeper game with more strategic options.  Rules for solo play are also included in the expansion, for players looking for a solitaire challenge.

Supports games with one to four players.  The base game is required for play.  MSRP is $34.99.

Pagan: Expeditions into the Wild is the second expansion for Pagan:  The Fate of Roanoke (see “Capstone and Wyrmgold to Launch Expandable Card Game”).  With the cards in this expansion set, players can venture outside of the Roanoke colony and resolve the mysterious goings-on plaguing the colony.  A new “Lost” mechanic is introduced to represent villagers vanishing in the wilderness, and new villagers and new persona options for both the Witch and the Hunter round out the expansion.

As an expansion, the base game is required for play.  MSRP is $29.99.

The company also announced an expansion for Wandering Towers set to launch in April (see “Capstone Expands ‘Wandering Towers’”).
