At Heritage Auctions’ March 27 – 28, 2026 Trading Card Games and Manga Signature Auction
Heritage Auctions will place a PSA GEM Mint 9 Pokemon TCG Illustrator Japanese Holo Promo on the auction block for its March 27 – 28, 2026 Trading Card Games and Manga Signature Auction.
As suspected, the Pikachu Illustrator cards are coming out of the woodwork and headed to auction after the record sale of Logan Paul’s PSA Gem Mint 10 version of the card (see “Most Expensive Trading Card Ever Sold“). This PSA GEM Mint 9 Pokemon TCG Illustrator Japanese Holo Promo is a holy grail of Pokemon collectibles, as their are only 15 copies of this card in a PSA Gem Mint 9 grade. The pre-bidding is already up to $500,000, and it is expected to go higher as the auction approaches.
The auction also has few other notable items up for sale. There is another Gem Mint 10 Charizard #4 on the block. For Magic: The Gathering fans, a Gem Mint 10 Borderless Alternative Art The Soul Stone is up for grabs.
