Terry Moore is taking his Abstract Studio to Dark Horse Comics, where it will be a new imprint launching in October. The first release under the new Abstract Studio imprint will be the Strangers in Paradise Omnibus, a 480-page collection of classic stories and new material.
The new hardcover volume will feature newly-designed pages, a new cover created for this edition, and a curated selection of bonus content that gives a deeper look into the series. The classic stories will be drawn from Strangers in Paradise Vol. 1, issues #1-#3; Vol. 2, issues #1-#13; and Vol. 3, issues #1-#7.
The most recent Strangers in Paradise collections were a series of four shorter hardcover collections, distributed by Diamond Book Distributors (see “Abstract Signs with DBD”), so if there was inventory, it may be tied up in the Diamond Comic Distributors bankruptcy (see “Nearly $50 Million in Consignment Inventory”).
The new omnibus will be released October 13, 2026 at $39.99.
