Magpie Games unveiled Ruins & Expeditions, a new book for Root: The Roleplaying Game, which is currently on preorder.
This new supplement expands the Root RPG setting (see “‘Root’“) to include new ruins to explore. It also features new playbooks, factions, monsters, and treasures for players to use in campaigns. The book also contains narrative tools and story hooks to help craft new adventures as well as mechanics for exploring lost locations and finding relics.
Ruins & Expeditions comes in a standard edition for $39.99, and a deluxe edition, which comes in a slipcase, for $59.99.
