Devir Reveals 'Cities USA' Standalone Game

Devir Games revealed Cities USA, a new standalone board game, which will hit retail in Q1 2026.

Cities USA, designed by Steve Finn and Phil Walker-Harding, is a standalone urban planning game that focuses on the skyscrapers, bridges, and waterfronts found in U.S. cities. The goal of the game is for players to build up neighborhoods and streets into cities that stand the test of time. Much like the original Cities game (see “Renovate Neighborhoods in ‘Cities’“), players will need to make optimal decisions to outplan their opponents and win the game. This game is for one to four players, ages 10 and up, and plays in 45 to 60 minutes.

Devir will also release a Cities: City Achievements and Theaters expansion. This expansion adds 11 new achievement tiles to the game as well as a mini-expansion revolving around theater tokens.Source: ICv2
