Simon & Schuster will publish Frank Miller’s memoir, Push the Wall, in which he depicts how he challenged himself as an artist and writer over the years as well as detailing his time in Hollywood as co-director of the Sin City films. The creator of Dark Knight Returns, 300, and Sin City has broken down his memoir into 16 lessons that present the reader with both an autobiography and a master class in comics creation. S&S will publish the 224-page hardcover, under its imprint Saga Press, on July 14, 2026, with an MSRP of $35.
DC Comics will release Miller’s Batman: The Dark Knight Returns as a Compact Comics edition in April 2026 (see “DC Lines Up More Compact Comics for 2026”).
