Jeff the Land Shark will meet Daredevil, the Man Without Fear, for the first time in a one-shot to be published in February 2026 from Marvel Comics. It’s Jeff Meets Daredevil!, by writer Kelly Thompson and the artist team Gurihiru, will bring Jeff to Hell’s Kitchen, where Daredevil will help him become the Shark Without Fear (or at least find the courage he needs to be a superhero). The issue will also collect, for the first time, the most recent season of the It’s Jeff Infinity Comic, in which Jeff wins the lottery and tangles with the Hulk. The one-shot will be released on February 4 with a cover by Gurihiru.
“Some people might think Hell’s Kitchen rooftops and the darker side of Marvel’s street level crime fighting aren’t a great fit for Jeff, but WE say, Jeff goes everywhere,” Thompson said in a statement accompanying the announcement. “And sometimes that’s the challenge—how do we bend Jeff [to] fit worlds that aren’t so obvious—and how much can Gurhiru and I bend Daredevil to fit to Jeff. It’s an adventure, and thanks to Jeff’s endless charisma, it’s pretty much always a fun one.”
Jeff has become a popular character in the Marvel Rivals game and was included in a recent Marvel Rivals adventure for the Marvel Multiverse Role-Playing Game (see “‘Marvel Rivals’”), and he got a solo limited series earlier this year (see “More Jeff”).
