Leder Games will release two expansions for its hit board game Root in 2026.
The Squires and Disciples Deck can be swapped in to replace the base game deck. It includes cards inspired by the Marauder and Homeland factions, with abilities that depend on hand composition. MSRP is $10.
The Homeland Hireling Pack brings three new Hirelings (the River Roamers, Sunny Advocates, and Prosperous Farmer), each with a double-sided tarot card and new meeples. MSRP is $20.
Street date for both expansions is August 2026. The base game is required to play either.
