Steamforged Games Unveils a Slew of New 'Warmachine' Releases

Steamforged Games unveiled a slew of new Warmachine releases during their Lock and Load 2025 streaming event keynote.

SFG is setting up for a smashing end of 2025 going into the first half of 2026 with several brand-new Warmachine model kits on the horizon, starting with four new super heavy warjacks. These new warjack model kits feature iconic rigs: Deathjack of Cryx Necrofactorium; Azdharak of the Orgoth Sea Raiders; Thunderhead of the Storm Legion, and Behemoth of the Khador Motherland. Each of these warjack kits are currently on preorder.

The company also announced a new army for 2026; the Southern Kriels Kithguard will join Warmachine and these models will be on preorder in early 2026. According to the Warmachine Roadmap, the first few releases will include a Command Starter, a Battlegroup Box, Core Expansion, and Auxillary Expansion

To give the new super heavy warjacks a run for their money, SFG will release a new Khador Old Umbrey Gargantuan model, Gorger. This living nightmare 120mm figure will crush any faction foolish to stand in the way of the Old Witch of Khador’s prophecies becoming reality.

SFG also announced two Crucible Guard sets, a Command Starter and a Battlegroup Box. The Command Starter has been already released and includes Aurum Legate Lukas Di Morray (Warcaster), Apollo (Light Warcaster), Ascendant Mentalist (Solo), and The Triumvirate (Character Unit). The Crucible Guard Battlegroup Box includes a Aurum Adeptus Syvestro Warcaster/Warlock, a Toro Warjack/Warbeast, and a Liberator Warjack/Warbeast.

The company also teased the return of Menoth at the end of the keynote; more on this release at Adepticon 2026. Retailers can find out about becoming an official Warmachine stockist via the Retail Hub on the SFG website.

Steamforged also recently announced two new Epic Encounters sets (see “Two New ‘Epic Encounters’ Sets“).
