Allplay announced Container, a new edition of the economic game by Kevin Nesbitt, Franz-Benno Delonge and Thomas Ewert, which will be coming soon to Kickstarter
This game was first released back in 2007, and has been out of print for quite some time. In the game, players take on the roles of the product and shipper of various goods. They will be tasked with building factories, producing containers, setting prices, negotiating with rivals, and sending the goods across the sea. The goal of the game is bid on goods that are coming in, and convert them into points at the end of the game. The player with the most points wins.
The new version of the game refreshes the artwork and components, and will retail for $39.
Asmodee recently released Lure, a new fishing game by Allplay, into retail (see “Lure’“).
