Pat Fuge’s Gnome Games retail organization has taken over administration of the “Game for Every Table” program with Toys for Tots for 2021, Fuge told ICv2. The program was run by trade organization GAMA in 2020 and announced for 2021 (see “GAMA Plans 2021 Holiday Gift Program“), but Gnome is now managing the program, which no longer has any affiliation with GAMA. It is open to any brick and mortar retailer.
Under the program, brick and mortar retailers sell a select assortment of games from participating publishers with a second identical game available to the customer at 50% off to be donated to Toys for Tots. The scaled-down program being administered by Gnome includes seven publishers to date, who will sell directly to retailers and offer price support for the program by selling a second game at half off the normal wholesale price for every full price game purchased by the store. Distributors are not involved.
Publishers supporting the program are:
- AMIGO Games
- Asmodee
- Atlas Games
- Grampa Beck’s Games
- DevirGames
- HABA USA
- Prolific Games
