Avantris Entertainment will release The Crooked Moon RPG, a new folk horror 5E RPG campaign setting, into retail in fall 2025.
This campaign setting is inspired by classic Halloween aesthetics and legendary creatures from horror films. The core book provides 15 folk horror subclasses for 5E settings, alongside 13 Halloween-inspired species. It also includes a bestiary of 85 monsters, 26 magic items, and an adventure for levels 1-13. The book contains over 600-pages of content for horror RPG enthusiasts to sift through for $69.99.
The RPG also comes in a Core Box format that includes dice, a GM screen, maps, and more, for $199.99 as well as a Deluxe Box format for $399.99. The Deluxe Box includes premium dice, a deluxe book, a tarot set, and more.
