Warhammer Animation News from New York Comic Con: Secret Level Panel Unveils New Details

At this year’s New York Comic Con, the Secret Level animated anthology series was the center of Warhammer news during the panel hosted by renowned director Tim Miller and executive producer Dave Wilson. The series, inspired by popular gaming settings, includes a highly anticipated Warhammer 40,000 episode set to premiere on Prime Video in December.

Dave Wilson, supervising director for Secret Level, spoke emotionally about his return to the Warhammer universe, marking two decades since his work on the Dawn of War trailer. Wilson shared his personal connection to the project, which explores themes of legacy, reflecting his own experiences.

The Warhammer 40,000 episode will be part of the first batch of Secret Level episodes dropping on December 10th, with the remaining episodes set for release on December 17th. Fans of Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 will be pleased to know that Clive Standen is returning to voice Lieutenant Titus in the upcoming animation, which acts as a sequel to the game.

Although a new trailer was shown to attendees at the packed panel, it has yet to be released publicly. Fans can expect to see it soon, along with more glimpses of the Warhammer 40,000 episode.

Secret Level debuts on Prime Video on December 10.
