Enhance the Pokémon Sleep Experience With Wearable Integration and Soothing Music
BELLEVUE, Wash. — Sept. 24, 2024 — The Pokémon Company International announced that Pokémon Sleep is now compatible with major smartwatch brands, allowing players to easily track their sleep and study Pokémon sleep styles.[1] Additionally, the official album and playlist for Pokémon Sleep is now available on Spotify, featuring 34 songs from their streaming collection.
Pokémon Sleep Is Now Compatible With Major Smartwatch Brands
Trainers can now enjoy a more seamless sleep-tracking experience by pairing their smartwatch with Pokémon Sleep, allowing them to conduct research using sleep data automatically tracked while they sleep.[2] Supported smartwatches include Apple Watch, Galaxy Watch, Google Pixel Watch and the Fitbit series. Players using Apple Watch can sync sleep data through the Apple Health app on iOS, while those using Galaxy Watch, Google Pixel Watch or Fitbit can do so through the Health Connect app on Android.[3]
To celebrate the launch of smartwatch compatibility, special gifts are available to new and returning Trainers.[4]
- New Players Gifts – Trainers who create an account between Sept. 23, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. PDT and Oct. 23, 2024, at 2:59 p.m. PDT will receive 10 Poké Biscuits, a Bulbasaur Incense, a Charmander Incense and a Squirtle Incense.
- Returning Players Gifts – The Returning Researcher Bonus will be available to players who created an account prior to Thursday, Aug. 22, 2024, at 9:00 p.m. PDT[5] and have not conducted sleep research between Aug. 23, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. PDT and Sept. 23, 2024, at 4:59 p.m. PDT. Eligible players will receive 10 Poké Biscuits, one Good Camp Ticket, 1,000 sleep points, and 20 Handy Candies S.
- Gifts for all Players – Active fans will be rewarded with 10 Poké Biscuits and 1,000 sleep points as a thank-you for their continued support.

The music of Pokémon Sleep is now available on Spotify, featuring an album of 34 songs for Trainers to enjoy. An official Spotify playlist has also been curated with 20 sleep-related tunes selected from the album, including early releases of three relaxing songs that have yet to be added to Pokémon Sleep. Both the album and the playlist are free to access with a Spotify account, and each tune includes a matching visual showcasing the sleep styles of various Pokémon. You can then meet Pokémon by syncing that sleep data with Pokémon Sleep after you wake up.
Apple Watch wearers can sync their sleep data in Pokémon Sleep on iOS through the Health app. Fitbit, Galaxy Watch, and Google Pixel Watch users can sync their data in Pokémon Sleep on Android via the Health Connect app.
