Image Comics will release The Sword of the Wintersea: Immortality – Book One, a new hybrid graphic novel 5E RPG book series, into retail on April 1, 2025.
This graphic novel hybrid is based on creator Matt Hawkins’ 40-year D&D campaign. It is set in the Island Nations of Arlynn, who were at war for millennia. The humans of Wintersea showed up and used their Naval strength to rule the elves, dwarves, and orcs located on these islands. Upon conquering the islands, they declared all Gods except theirs to be fake. In Book One, Elven Monk Omylia and Half-Elf Ranger Vander uncover an undead conspiracy that will change balance of power. This book features a playable 5E open-source campaign with maps for RPG players to bring the story to the tabletop.
It will retail for $16.99.
