Complete new Masterwork Research to earn this rare item along with other rewards and bonuses.
An experienced Trainer knows that a Master Ball is a surefire way to catch any Pokémon you encounter, but it’s also very difficult to get ahold of. Fortunately for Pokémon GO players, the Catching Wonders event will bring you another chance to add this elusive item to your inventory. From Tuesday, May 14, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. to Sunday, May 19, 2024, at 8:00 p.m. local time, you can begin research that, when completed, will award you with a Master Ball. Additional rewards include Stardust, XP, Berries, Pokémon encounters, and more.
This Masterwork Research is intended to be completed over a long period of time, so don’t worry about trying to finish it before the event ends. You’re free to work at your own pace to earn this rare and powerful Master Ball.
During this event, there will also be event-themed Field Research tasks available that award Stardust, XP, Poké Balls, Great Balls, and Ultra Balls. Bonuses will also be available.
During the event, you’ll be able to take advantage of the following bonuses:
- 10× XP awarded for your first catch of the day.
- 10× XP awarded for your first PokéStop or Gym spin of the day.
- 5× Stardust awarded for your first catch of the day.
