Wizards of the Coast will release Secret Lair X Tomb Raider, a new Magic: The Gathering drop set, onto preorder on November 20, 2023.
Tomb Raider joins Jurassic Park with a new drop set to add more treasure hunting flavor to The Lost Caverns of Ixalan release (see “‘The Lost Caverns of Ixalan’“). Secret Lair X Tomb Raider offers up 6 cards and a token all with new artwork: Lara Croft, Tomb Raider; Search for Azcanta // Azcanta, the Sunken Ruin as “Heart of the Explorer // The Lost Valley”; Anger of the Gods as “Storms of Yamatai”; Bow of Nylea as “The Grim Whisper”; Shadowspear as “Totec’s Spear”; Academy Ruins as “Kitezh, Sunken City” and a Treasure token. The Lara Croft, Tomb Raider card is mechanically unique and allows players to create Treasure tokens when they attack.
The set will be available in a traditional foil version for $49.99 and non-foil for $39.99.
