Adventures Abound Psychic Spectacular event features the Pokémon GO debut of Shiny Solosis, Timed Research focused on Curveball Throws, Psychic-type Pokémon appearing as Shiny Pokémon and more

Niantic is continuing to announce new events and content for Pokémon GO. Read on below to learn more:

Get psyched for the debut of Shiny Solosis, bonuses for making Curveball Throws, and more.

Pokémon GO’s Psychic Spectacular event has Psychic-type Pokémon on everyone’s minds! Until September 24, 2023, at 8:00 p.m. local time, Trainers will be able to encounter a mind-blowing array of Psychic-type Pokémon in the wild.

Solosis, the Cell Pokémon, will appear more often during the event, and Shiny Solosis will make its Pokémon GO debut. Trainers will also be able to complete no-cost Timed Research focused on Curveball Throws to earn even more encounters with Solosis. Keep a Calm Mind and aim with care—successfully catching Pokémon with Curveball Throws during the Psychic Spectacular will yield extra XP!

Below is the full list of Pokémon that will appear during the event. The Pokémon in italics have a chance of appearing as Shiny Pokémon.

Lucky Trainers might even encounter the following.

The following Pokémon will be hatching from 7 km Eggs received during the event. The Pokémon in italics have a chance of being Shiny Pokémon. Solosis that hatch from 7 km Eggs received during this event have a higher chance of being a Shiny Pokémon than Solosis encountered in the wild.

Psychic Pokémon are manifesting their might in raids—this list below will reveal your fate! Genesect with a Burn Drive will be in five-star raids until September 23 at 10:00 a.m., while Raikou, Entei, and Suicune will storm in on the last day of the event. The Pokémon in italics have a chance of appearing as Shiny Pokémon.
